  • To meet our ethnic diversity ambition of 10% for the Group’s UK senior leadership population by the end of 2027​

Our progress

In creating a diverse and inclusive business

  • At the end of 2024, IAG had 36% of women in senior roles. We remain committed to achieving our 40% ambition in 2025.
  • In 2024, 11% of our UK senior leaders group self-disclosed as ethnically diverse (compared to 6% in 2023)
  • We have Diversity Panels that share best practice across the Group
  • We support our colleagues with disability and accessibility needs
  • We invest in employee networks across the Group
