Our Board comprises eight independent non-executive directors, two proprietary non-executive directors and one executive director.
Governance
IAG is a Spanish registered company with shares traded on the Spanish Stock Exchanges and the London Stock Exchange. As such, IAG is subject to applicable Spanish legislation and to the UK Listing Rules and complies with the Spanish Good Governance Code and UK Corporate Governance Code.
Board Committees
The Board has four advisory committees that provide dedicated focus on a number of areas.
Management Committee
The IAG Management Committee is led by the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the overall execution and delivery of the strategy of the Group.
